Oakleaf is a fine dining farm to table experience in downtown Pittsboro, located at the Chatham Mills.

When I met Leslie & Brandon to talk about their new venture - and the kind of website they wanted, I was excited to say the least. I built for them a simple, and slightly dark colored design which complimented the look and feel of the interior of the restaurant, and was built responsively so that mobile visitors could check out the menu and make reservations online.

This website features

  • Daily editable menu w/archive,
  • Intelligent display of menu selections (based on day of week),
  • Custom online table reservations system, all which are manageable on Leslie's iPad or desktop computer.
(feature this saved Oakleaf a lot of money over having to rely commercial table reservation systems)
  • And many other enhancements which make using the website to interact with their patrons easy & carefree.

My Role

  • Website Design
  • Drupal Development
  • Hosting
  • Monthly Maintenance
  • Systems architecture

This is now the second version for Oakleaf - the first version launched June 2012.

At first we were very unhappy with the idea of spending money to upgrade the website, but now we are VERY happy and impressed. The website now looks as though we are on the varsity team. Money well spent. Leslie & Brendan Cox - Oakleaf
