How much is it going to cost?
I do my very best to provide balanced services & fair rates. Estimates are based on how many hours will have to go into each website and are given out an a per project basis. But here are some pricing formulas to help you get an idea of what your project might cost.
One Page Starter: $750
A great easy & economical way to get started. I'll put your logo, some short text about your product or service, 3-6 images, and your contact information (with an easy to use form); all wrapped up in a customly crafted design. (PLUS!! I'll even take care of the hosting of your website FREE for one year - wow)
Examples:- Sorry, I don't have any samples to show at the moment - but rest assured; it will have the same kinds of good looks and friendly appeal all my other custom creations have.
Basic Website: $900-1500
This type of site is perfect for the small business or individual who is looking to establish a solid and informative online presence.

- Semantically correct content formatting
- Customizable Contact Form with anti-spam measures (CAPTCHA)
- Up to 5 pages of static content
- Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Advanced Website $1500-$3000+
The type of site is perfect if you are looking for more control over content.
- Installation, configuration, and customization of the popular Drupal CMS (Content Management System) on your web space.
This typically includes up to 3 of the following extra features:- Custom Content Types (product showcase, portfolio, etc)
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Company News/Blog with comments (optional)
- Guestbook
- Events Scheduler/Calendar
- Photo Gallery
- Custom Questionnaires or forms to collect information
- Custom designed website theme (aka template)
- Semantically correct content formatting
- Customizable Contact Form with anti-spam measures (CAPTCHA)

Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required before any project is started, and the balance will be due upon completion of a project.
- Estimates are based an the amount of time it will take to complete the job. Because each project varies, there is not a definite way to know precisely how long a project will take. Further work, new features or changes to your plans will also affect the estimate, and thus a new estimate will need to be agreed upon.
- Three months of free support is included for full website projects. This includes installation onto your webhost, bug fixes, user training, and minor modifications. Longer support terms & maintenance can be arranged.
- Website & Email hosting fees are not included. In most cases you will have to have your own web hosting account with a suitable provider.
- We all know quality work and good design takes time. Average turn-around time on a new website is approximately 3-6 weeks.
Website Management & Consulting Rates
As a full time webmaster, I offer my clients a valuable maintenance package, which makes the maintenance more budget friendly and allows you to put the responsibility for your website completely in my hands. Below you'll find some cost effective, pre-paid website management plans which I have put together.
- 1hr/month plan - $50 (15% savings!)
- 2hr/month plan - $95 (20% savings!!)
- 3hr/month plan - $135 (25% savings!!!)
Regular maintenance may include some, all, or more of the following servces:
- replacing, updating, or adding new content
- uploading new images
- performing regular site backups
- sending out newsletters
- handling webmaster email requests
- monitoring site up-time & performance
There is a regular $60/hr rate on most work (billable in 10min increments).
Pre-paid plans require a yearly commitment & monthly obligations.
Complete details will be made available when we have declared a mutually beneficial working agreement.
